Convenience in zoning peace including SPPs

The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, by making changes to the calculation system in the Zoning Peace, decided to pay the price only for the illegal section in licensed areas.

According to the news of Aysel Alp from Hurriyet, when solar power plants (GES) applied to the Peace of Reconstruction, they had to pay 100 thousand liras for each megawatt of energy they produced. With the amendment made yesterday, this provision was abolished. All power generation facilities were included, including wind and hydroelectric power plants.

The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, tourism facilities, especially hotels, factories, shopping malls, establishments such as hospitals, would pay high figures due to the calculation of the cost of the building registration certificate on the licensed area. By changing the calculation system, convenience was provided to the business world. The price will be paid only for the illegal section in licensed areas.
