Dorca Enerji continues to produce innovative solutions by closely following scientific and technological developments in the field of solar power plants (PV systems).
As a result of a site assessment conducted for a villa located in Demirkent Villas in Gölbaşı, Ankara, Dorca Enerji engineers designed a customized residential solar power system that is compatible with the architectural structure of the roof, offering both an aesthetic appearance and high efficiency. The design was based on roof measurements as well as the North (Azimuth) and horizontal (Zenith) angles to select the most efficient solar panels and inverter combination for maximum energy harvesting.
Due to the presence of roof surfaces with varying slopes (angular sections), a microinverter system was chosen to:
Prevent noise and heat emission from the inverter inside the house,
Avoid space loss,
And ensure maximum energy production despite shading.
Since the villa’s roof is a black standing seam type, black-framed Bifacial TOPCon G2B Half-Cut solar panels were used to preserve aesthetic harmony.
A system with a total capacity of 10.62 kWp / 9 kWac was designed and an application was submitted to Başkent EDAŞ (the local grid authority). As part of Dorca Enerji’s carbon-zero goals, the following solutions were implemented in an integrated way with the solar power system:
Electric vehicle (EV) charging station and infrastructure,
Heat pump systems,
Energy efficiency solutions.
The integrated EV charging station allows the customer to charge their vehicle using clean solar energy, free of cost and in an environmentally friendly manner.
In line with the villa owner's commitment to sustainability and a carbon “zero” lifestyle, a solar-powered heat pump system was also integrated with the solar energy system. This enables the villa to be climate-controlled throughout the year — cool in summer and warm in winter — without relying on external energy sources. As a result, the home’s heating and cooling needs are met with eco-friendly energy, minimizing the impact of climate fluctuations.
We appreciate the implementation of this environmentally friendly energy system in this unique villa with Mogan Lake views in Gölbaşı, Ankara, and congratulate the homeowner for their sensitivity to the environment and visual aesthetics.
While ordinary EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies tend to focus solely on the brands they represent, Dorca Enerji evaluates each project by considering the customer's needs along with the physical and electrical characteristics of the structure. We independently select the most efficient and cost-effective technologies regardless of brand, offering tailor-made energy solutions just for you.
Dorca Enerji is proud to offer not copied technologies, but high-quality, durable technological solutions that will meet your energy needs reliably for years to come.
